Letting your holiday home, a guide to get you started
The guide underwent a complete re-design – presented in a neat A5 square format. It is full of inspirational photography and colourful sections, displaying easily digestible tips and advice. It also has inspired ideas for holiday home owners to maximise their rental income through effective advertising with Holiday Lettings. My aim was to provide an attractive / tactile booklet that holiday home owners would want to keep.
The guide is advertised on the website free to customers and packs are sent to commission based partners e.g. property developers and estate agents. This enabled them to effectively promote Holiday Lettings to new holiday home owners. Due to the guides popularity, Holiday Lettings made the guide available in all UK airports.
