Notebook Design for Four Seasons Hotel
The brief is to create notebook designs for a pitch for the Virtuoso Summit in Las Vegas. The theme is tropical, to denote Four Seasons Hualalai. Four Seasons wanted a calm aesthetic and requested the logo to be on the book itself in some way.
The notebook designs are filled with tropical plant and animal illustrations. I decided to do hand-drawn line drawing to create a more organic and natural look. To show a connection to Four Seasons Hualalai, most of the plants drawn are the ones that can be found in the hotel scene. Since the Four Seasons logo resembles a tree, I placed the logo subtly alongside the illustrations to show a sense of wholeness.
I chose a more muted colour palette to give it a calming look. A pop of vibrant colours is added to add contrast and still resemble the tropical theme.
