The Sfri-DE collection is born from the need to reuse the waste materials that factoryes are forced to throw away because they are unusable for their purposes. The materials to be used are wood, metal and stone. The products made starting from these scraps are: 1) a wooden aperitif tray, created by cutting the waste to obtain a slide that allows you to cut the food in the upper part and slide it to be served in the lower part; 2) a rack for bottles of wine, made by cutting with plasma and folding a single steel plate into 4 parts; 3) a table-top bottle rack, created by emptying and cutting a granite carrot, whose particularity is to exploit the characteristics of the material which, keeping the cold very well, once stored in the freezer, will keep the bottle in fresh when it is brought to the table for the duration of the meal, avoiding the classic ice bucket.
