NPR Audience Personas
Understanding your audience is the cornerstone to all effective marketing. At NPR, the internal research team developed a series of 6 persons to help us understand the ways that people consume news and media. I worked to create a series of illustrations and informational cards that would give greater access to this illuminating data. By illustrating each of the personas based on activities rather than demographics, marketers can develop a more nuanced view of who they are speaking to, allowing NPR to more effectively reach new audiences.
