My ambition

1. The main goal of this webpage is to encourage the user to submit his/her job application.

To ensure the “call to action” effect I chose to apply the Z-Shaped Pattern for the layout design. It makes the user read the page in the most natural way and helps him/her to focus on the most crucial parts.

2. Let’s not forget about the advertising company’s desires!

The better form of the application data, the more efficient the recruitment process becomes.

To ensure the readability of job applications I decided to use placeholders, validation rules, and phone number limiters.

After all, it’s all about connecting the employer with the candidate, isn’t it?

3. The project is adjusted to the web design trends of 2020.
Challenges

1. Modern society requires modern solutions. Now the user is able to apply for a job on the go. Thanks to a few adjustments the form can fit the mobile screens in the most efficient way possible:
- increased height of input fields to 35 pixels
- increased spacings between input fields to 44 pixels and margin towards screen edges to 32 pixels,
- increased font size to 16 pixels for better readability

Thanks to these adjustments, navigating through the form is easy and precise, minimizing any unwanted actions which creates a smooth flow.

2. Oops, something went wrong? Forget about this sentence! Thanks to clear and readable validation messages, the form is able to prevent user’s mistake
used a concise text with the font size of 14 pixels and strong red vermillion-94 color (#FA5454).

The “Thank you” view for submitting the application.
