Biomimicry Container:
Inspired by a jellyfish. The objective was to observe nature and create a container mimicking the movements or physical attributes of a specimen. I decided to focus on the jellyfish's ability to contract and relax its muscle ring that enables it to propel forward underwater. The movement of the panels follows this motion. The final design is a light fixture with movable panels that allows one to control the amount of light that emits into a space.
