As one of a growing array of morning news podcasts, Up First faces fierce competition for listeners and downloads. I worked to evolve the existing branding to be brighter and bolder and better reflect audiences' expectations. Using similar colors and shapes the new branding feels like a natural progression while better reflecting the quality expected from NPR programming.
