The hi Chair begun as a concept commenting on the constant surveillance of people in the form of CCTV cameras, satellites and trackers. How would our perception of public surveillance change if there was a physical person stationed on every street corner, watching our every move?

 

Designed for guerrilla style installation the hi Chairs individual base components are clipped together while the seat folds from net form to 3D form.

 

The hi Chair is currently in the stages of being scaled down and prototyped at stool size.
