Pentel Calligraphy Line (2013)
I hypothesized a brand extension for the Japanese private company of stationary products — Pentel — as a study for logotypes design of three new products regarding the art of penmanship.
The proposed line consists of three fountain pens with different nibs: broad, rounded, and pointed; as a more practical and handy solution, for a wider public use, compared to the traditional dip pens. 
Accordingly, the logotypes are an exploration of handwritten styles from different time periods, suggesting a broader comprehension of the different calligraphic tools.
