Sartoria
Sartoria is an italian restaurant at Colonia Roma, Mexico City. Run by Marco Carboni, former Osteria Francescana's cook, the place is a contemporary representation of a traditional osteria and italian energy.

The Book aims to reflect the energy of a traditional osteria in a contemporary and artistic way, something that talks about the passion of its chef and the creative process of pasta fresca.
Stamps made with pasta fresca from Sartoria were used as art for the chapter openings.
The index resembles the half-circle shape of Sartoria’s vault.
The design was deeply inspired by traditional pasta making and Marco Carboni’s passion about Italian food. It was, in many ways, finding the point where functional met with poetic and the way these connect visually and conceptually.
