NAKAGIN CAPSULE TOWER - Kisho Kurukawa
For this 'exercise', I took a building from the Metabolism movement, located in Shimbashi, Tokyo, Japan.
The building currently lies in a state of deterioration, the thought of the architect into designing, realistic and practical room sizes, which can be used for different functions.
So, here, I imagined a completely different backdrop, where the building is situated in a rather dense forest, and an explorer finds it on chance, looking at the grandeur of this architectural marvel.
The style followed was linear hatching, with white pens adding highlight to the building facade.
Really enjoyed this one.
