Fox Squirrel
Four squirrels were drawn to a bird feeding area in a neighbor's forest after a skiff of snow
Photos were taken from a blind. The squirrels paid little attention to the moving shadow and clicking sounds coming from within it as they scarfed corn kernels and sunflower seeds and chased each other around.
It's true that squirrels can be a nuisance in and around human structures, but they are fun to watch in the woods. Everything has a place. All creatures deserve a space to call home.
