Urban Planning Study

This was modeled and rendered to convey a feasablility study on slowing traffic down by adding islands and bike paths.

Before and After

This project involved taking an existing old building and convert it into a active and renvoated building. It involved using SketchUp's camera matching tool, matching the right perspective to the photo and then creating new and revised sidewalks, brick columns and fence. I also built the windows as the once were. Then after that I brought the SU file into 3DMax, added lighting and materials. Then I placed all of the changes into Photoshop and layed it over the original image for the final look. 
Light rail transportation project

Client studying options on what a bus/Light rail transportation depot would look like. It was modeled mostly in SketchUp. Model was then imported into 3DMax. Lighting, textures, and rendering was completed using Mental Ray. Post production was done with Photoshop CS
