In Nissan's latest "Zero Gravity" campaign we see a driver dreaming up airborne skateboarding stunts in the desert. Clad in a spacesuit, the scenario hints at the enhanced driving experience through the support of intelligent technology.

Parallel to the video production, Nick Meek was commissioned to photograph the print campaign in Capetown. Besides the car, he also shot separate talent scenes, including the astronaut skater being wired to a cherry picker to freeze him in his moves. 

Christoph Bolten from our London studio provided on-set support, ensuring all pieces of the puzzle were captured for the complex post production task. The suspended skater was comped into a desert stock image and painted as a mural on the building. We tidied up backgrounds and architecture, turned overcast location lighting into sunny days, and finished off with a high key, desaturated look.
