Taming A Cloud
Season 2
Out of the desire of achieving a realistic looking cloud using only 3ds Max, Corona Renderer and Adobe Photoshop.
Episode 1
Taming a Timber Cloud
Wood, as a material, has always been very appealing to me. And the way it goes together with other not so warm materials, like concrete, it makes it even more beautiful too look at. With these things in my mind, I've created this pavilion kind of space just to satisfy my curiosity of how "the cloud" would fit into it and how it would ad to this simple and calm mood.
Episode 2
Taming an Ominous Cloud
Starting to read Edgar Allan Poe and inquiring about Richard Serra's work kind of happened at the same time, so in this image I've merged these two worlds as a dark black and white background for my dark and ominous cloud.
Episode 3
Taming a Minimalist Cloud
Minimalism will always be one of my favorite movement in architecture, design, photography, etc, so in order to make this "episode" of my little project, I took inspiration from the work of Nicholas Alan Cope http://nicholascope.com/filter/architecture
Episode 4
Taming a Classic Cloud
This image is inspired by the Bauhaus movement and the Pantone color of 2020.
