This body of work was featured in The Noun Project's Top infographic examples.
As our access to fresh water becomes threatened and the demand for virtual water is increasing, the need for understanding and knowing our virtual water footprint is essential. This series of infographics aims to help readers understand both the global water footprint, and the virtual water footprint used in food production.
The Water Footprint Project was on exhibition as part of the annual Brighton Degree Show with Design Futures. The exhibition allowed a demonstration of the application where customers would scan food packaging to reveal the products virtual water footprint through AR.
This project nominated for two awards; the C-Change Environmental Award and the Sustainability Award.
