B2B CRM Cloud Marketplace and Management Software
A Customer Relationship Management, Cloud Marketplace, and Enterprise Sales Solution
This application helps you to learn, buy, and manage a broad range of subscription services on behalf of your end-users. It also provides capabilities for managing complex IaaS and PaaS workloads with robust billing and administrative tools allowing you to run your own cloud marketplace, manage your customers, and handle your billing all in one place.
Working through the creation of a multi-step enterprise form that allows the users to create product detail pages (with plans and rate cards attached) so that their customers may purchase them within their cloud marketplace.
A UX workshop to break down complex permission requirements to understand how to present them to users appropriately within the interface.
Another workshop to understand how programs can be used to ensure appropriate restrictions of products and terms between various parties when handling a multi-tiered, multi-marketplace platform.
User flow diagrams to show how users would move through the site to accomplish their various tasks (orange).
In order to determine the best solution, we performed some user research by preparing 3 possible versions of the same search results page. We then asked users to move through various tasks on each of these screens to determine which version was the best solution for most users.
Version 1 shows more results without needing to scroll, but lacks logo images.
Version 2 groups the various plans within their parent product result and features large, easily recognizable logo images.
Version 3 features a combination of both approaches. The applicable logos show up at the top, and the matching plans show up separately below.
In order to determine the best grouping of navigation links, we performed a card sorting activity with various users and stakeholders. The below items show the results of that activity.
Based off of the results from the card sorting activity, we proposed the above navigation approach with an average of 70% agreement. (We shoot for >60%. You can see the individual agreement percentages in the list on the left.)
