There is a TV/web project in Germany that is called "About:Kate". One of the characters is Erika. I'm pretty sure, that she is based on Spongebob Squarepants. The whole attitude reminds me of Spongebob. Her hair is done in a way, that the face gets a shape of a square and in one characteristic sequel she is even wearing a yellow top.
