As an independent band, their goal is to create an uplifting atmosphere in Amman through their music.
Their inspiring message and captivating tunes motivated me to volunteer for their next concert. For a change, I decided to take a break from staring at my Mac screen and get involved in something more meaningful.
Our goal was to elevate the band's profile and generate more revenue to support their upcoming album by organizing their own event. For the past eighteen months, the band had only played indoor gigs at clubs and pubs. With summer approaching, we saw an opportunity to organize a tour of outdoor venues in and around Amman to expand their reach and bring their music to a wider audience.
Rather than being greedy, I was hoping to find more support from venue and restaurant owners to host the band's event. After several rounds of negotiations and venue inspections, we were finally able to secure the best deal with Zuwar management.
With the date of the event set, we were ready to move forward with our plans.
To develop the visual identity theme, I enlisted the help of Nart Alkass to sketch the band's personalities and create a funky and humorous symbol that would be associated with their most famous words and lyrics.
I suggested creating a folded A4 paper with three sections. Each fold would contain
a message, map, and contact information, and the back side of each paper would feature a gift poster related to the band's songs and lyrics. This concept aimed to provide a unique and engaging way for fans to interact with the band's music and message.
