Women of Divine Destiny Initiative promotes the cause of entrenching values in homes, by creating opportunities to empower, equip, and nurture women and the girl child adequately.
The identity mark I crafted embodies these narrative;
I have an over stretched letter ”W”, covering other letters. Which speaks to the expectations of society on women to become covering for the family. The woman is expected to be a spiritual covering, praying for the family, socio economic covering, ensuring that the family looks good as well as save up for rainy days. And many other roles and responsibilities demanded of the woman. It's always a stretch.
The bubbles surrounding the icons are values or support, like seeds of precious stones instilled on the woman by virtue of the association with WODDI, which strengthens her and forms a well rounded and robust personality that helps her deliver value to the home front regardless of the stretch she experiences daily.
Also, the name is written fully under the icon to form a smiley face. Which further illustrates that, when the woman is empowered and is happy, the family is also happy, and the society is also happy.
The icon generally illustrates a recognition of the peculiarities of feminine gender and how much that forms a burden and expection, as well as highlights the salient contribution of the foundation in creating a moral and socio economic support which will ultimately deliver joy.
