A sawdust carpet I created at Edison Language Academy in Santa Monica, California. This alfombra was created to introduce a new cultural tradition for the Fall festival at Edison Elementary School. Alfombras de Asserrín are a tradition from Guatemala, and Central American and other parts of the world.
