This is a photomontage clipped and masked of a deer design that I created, following the native American theme. I chose to differentiate some of the main features in every frame to B&W to illustrate the antlers during the reconstruction process since, during a deer's life, the antlers fall off and grow again; hence it is a symbol of regeneration. This relates to my life since I always find myself falling off and coming back stronger as I wanted to demonstrate that through the chosen colours. The reason for selecting a deer is because it is a favourite animal of mine and I find deer fascinating because they are known to be a symbol of spiritual authority. In the native tribes of North America, the deer was a messenger, a creature of power, and a totem representing sensitivity, intuition and gentleness.
