Last century the Kibbutz movement of Israel saw a shelter full of hope and expectations where you can live and work in collective settlements; that are characterized in the original sense of socialism and grassroots structures, free from capitalistic power structures.

This series was created in one of those last socialist collectives and is less a documentary of a single Kibbutz. It is more an interpretation of a vision of “new autonomous Jewish identity” on Promised Land. This interpretation focused on isolated protagonists and their connection with the place in nature combined with symbolic and metaphoric image in a framework of desire for a “socialist dream” associated with “fragility of the living utopia”.
