ImproveWell is a workforce engagement platform that is targeted at healthcare organisations.
Company’s main function is collecting feedback and ideas from healthcare professionals to drive Quality Improvement in their organisations. This data is then presented in aggregate to the management team to identify patterns and address underlying workforce issues. Central to the success of their product is ensuring that our users continue to share information through the platform.
Business Goal
To motive workforce and improve quality of workplace by gathering feedbacks and ideas from the users.
