Ylva is an ambitious real estate developer with a focus on creating a sustainable city of science and business. We led a purpose-driven brand renewal ending up with a new visual identity. The colours and textures represent the good urban life where nature and buildings live side by side. Ylva makes business with a long timespan; therefore the photographs also play with different perspectives: close details and shots taken from above show Ylva’s properties and other Helsinki landmarks in a new light.
