Oco significa vazio, sem preenchimento, então a proposta do festival é que ao longo das edições a cidade e o principal, o público que frequentará o evento vá absorver e preencher essa lacuna que a cidade atualmente possui. Conhecendo novos talentos nacionais e abrindo espaço principalmente para as bandas da região, o primeiro ano tem a temática “Preencha-se”, que serve de convite para a primeira edição do evento. O evento visa o crescimento e a evolução então sua proposta de que a cada ano sua identidade visual mude, trazendo novos conceitos e temas, agregando e enriquecendo a história do festival. Definindo assim com uma arquitetura de marca pluralista.
