We visited the residences at the Purdy Pavilion in UBC and through multiple sessions, me and my group, Ruby Pang, Jone Ko, and Ivy Cheung, got to know our friends, Lois-Anne and Steve. As to commemorate the stories they shared to us and the laughs we had, we illustrated and designed a magazine to be riso-printed and given to them at our next meeting. Because of the timeline of events told, we themed the magazine to be about special times in their life and tied everything together as a journey, celebrating the memories they valued. In the middle, the red string connects to a spread dedicated to our time getting to know them and a postcard of our missing residence was attached.
