Rethink Tenant Dashboard Login Page
Login Page on a web portal is the most unused space in the world. Most often, they are just a splash page with company branding logo or images. And frankly, a typical user would probably come back to this page one a month to pay bills, and that's pretty much it. The challenge here is to make this space more functional to encourage daily visits.
Rethinking the usages the login space and merging the value of community building, tenants across all Swire properties can share information, such as Sustainability, Exclusive offers, New tenant onboard, Movie release, Weather updates, facility notices, etc. We want to give reasons for tenants to come back to this page daily.
Users:
Often times is this manager of the facility, and the power journey they take on would most likely be paying bills and check on any facility notices. Other then that, they have no reason to come back to this page daily.
We will look only into the the login page because the content inside the dashboard would only be accessible to managers. The features I proposed on the login page design will be usable by all managers their employees.

What they want to know:
Exclusive discounts, Freebies, Schedule Building maintenance, Typhoon Status, Transport Status, Rent Payment Reminder, Corporate Saving, Events, etc

Redesign
So essentially I had tugged away most corporate branding elements, but to not stray too far from the client, the space can now be use to feature images of various surroundings, new movie release, events happening in other buildings, new reports from other tenants.
