View at Kismis is a residential development that is located in the upscale Upper Bukit Timah Estate in Singapore. Inspired by the style of modern Tuscany, the property aims to reflect the qualities, characteristics and experiences from the vineyard.

Apart from the architecture and topography of the development, this vineyard theme was also reflected through the brand deliverables and copywriting. Keeping to a rustic and refined palette, the brand deliverables aim to evoke pleasure and enjoyment similar to when one enjoys a glass of wine.

The logo
A play on pure typography, the thick and thin lines that make up the “V” and “K” in the logo add depth and dimension to the brand mark. The curve and rounded edges of the logo bring across a more welcoming feel
to the logo while retaining the elegance and class of its serif typeface.

The brochure
A set of 3 brochures – property focused, location focused and floor plan (shown in the same order below) – have been designed for the property. The idea of a vineyard resort is first introduced through them. 

The cover images coupled with the tagline for each brochure depicts the process of creating and enjoying wine. These same points also reflect the promised lifestyle of living in perfectly balanced life – from its facilities to location and living spaces.
