Internal email campaign

This internal email campaign was created for one of the world’s largest banks. The objective was to communicate important updates being implemented to one of the core platforms in the business. The information was very content-heavy and quite technical, so it was essential to keep it visually engaging.
We took an infographic approach and used tackled the content in ‘chunks’ to make it easier for the reder to scan the information and quickly find what they needed. We tried to be as sympathetic to the reader as possible, while making sure they had all the information they needed.
Main colours
Vector images
Bespoke pictograms were created to bring visual impact and interest to the communications. They were drawn in a simple flat style.
Buttons
Bespoke buttons were created. They were drawn in a flat style, but were given a slight bevel effect to make them look more clickable.
The emails
The email campaign was split across three stages. Each focussed on a specific area, and had individual visual challenges to be solved.
Final thoughts
This was a challenging and fun project. The emails were very content-heavy, so it was very important to keep them visually engaging and clear.
