The THULE Roundtrip Bike Duffel was designed to keep a cyclist's gear organized and at the ready. Research quickly identified several key opportunities, which were: keep pocketing simple (many competitor bags had pocketing that impeded one another), give the bag structure to make it easy to work within, and create a pocketing system that eliminated the need to stack apparel and gear (no more hunting for items). The final design was awarded a utility patent for its unique features and pocket construction and an iF Design Award in 2021.
