Identical twins hold a special fascination with their striking appearance and close – often lifelong – ties to one another.

Anke Luckmann captured a pair of twin brothers in the contrasty, late afternoon light of the courtyard at Recom's Berlin studio, after falling in love with the location whilst working with us on an ongoing car project.  

Post artist Stephanie O'Connor took care of the fine details of the series and intensified the cinematic mood.
