'Psychology Is A Science'
The School of Psychology of Queen's University Belfast approached UsFolk to collaborate on a decorative re-furb of their campus located in the historic David Keir Building. With creative direction from the UsFolk team, several of our illustrators were commissioned to create this series of large scale artwork, all reflecting the theme of 'Psychology is a Science' and the different areas of on-going research within the department.
Cathal Duane led the project with these large scale vinyl illustrations, the striking range of bold visuals illustrated by Cathal transformed the space into a captivating visual reflection of all that the School of Psychology strives to be: A hub for exploration, new ideas, research and collaboration.
The project also features a gallery wall of bespoke illustration's by Conor Nolan, Jayde Perkin and Tara O'Brien. Each illustration was created in collaboration with senior lectures from The School of Psychology, with each illustration being based on a true to life experiment from each area of research.
