    This document was created as simple tool to introduce individuals to Design that Matters, and use the results of 2012 to demonstrate its impact. The goal of the document was to express six traits of the company. Each trait is expressed either by words or the use of pictures, straying away from the standard bleeding heart narrative of non-profits, and instead focusing on the creative and hopeful nature of the company.
