Formerly with Harco Construction, Kenneth “Ken” Hart has been a leading figure in the New York, NY, building scene for many years. He served as the president of Harco Construction before co-founding Veracity Partners in 2017. Throughout his career, Kenneth Hart has taken on such projects as Marriott International’s Renaissance New York Midtown hotel, the company’s flagship location in the city.

Opened in 2016, the hotel is situated near Pennsylvania Station and Madison Square Garden. Rising 38 stories above 34th Street, it contains 340 rooms and eight suites for the use of performers at the Garden. It was intended to raise the profile of Marriott’s Renaissance brand to young travelers.

To appeal to a digital generation, the lobby’s walls display images of local artists and nearby attractions. Near the 34th Street entrance is a “navigator table” that helps guests find new places to enjoy. Another electronic feature is an array of LED screens that display the time.

In addition to a bar off the lobby and a lounge, the hotel includes 4,500 square feet of meeting space. Another point of interest is the largest outdoor terrace in New York, complete with two bars and a retractable roof.
