Alabama Restaurant
Somewhere, in the old industry area of Natanya (in Israel), between garages and cheap functions halls, hides what is probably the best steakhouse in Israel- the Alabama Restaurant.
The restaurant started as hobby by Dubi Steinberg who used to smoke meat for family and friends. Shortly though, the word has spreaded, and the once upon a time hobby, became a very successful restaurant with average time in the waiting list of around three months.
Alabama can be characterized with a straightforward attitude.
The restaurant serves solely meat, with free refill of green salad, hot potatoes and Asado stew. It has a policy of BYO drinks policy- no drinks except water are served.
Having mention all the above, Alabama has no logo or branding strategy.
So how do you design a logo that will capture the essence of Alabma?
