The redesign project was started to revamp the existing UX and UI of the company's app, which consumers use to control, monitor and schedule their smart product. The project was created to deliver the new UX/UI in tandem with a new product release. The goal was to deliver a RFP to different agencies who would then do the complete design and UX to hand off to developers. 

My role as project leader consisted of stakeholder interviews to gather knowledge, wants and needs as well as the general feelings of the current UX/UI. This data was then used to conduct workshop sessions with the same stakeholders to build understanding and consensus. 

Lo-fi wireframes were created in workshops using pen & paper and whiteboards, these were then translated into Figma for more feedback and ideation until deadline was reached to send out RFP to agencies.
