Crescenzago Residence

Crescenzago Residence
An architectural project created for a contest in Milan, Italy.
The project creates a new balanced composition that corresponds with the existing environment and town planning principles.
The image illustrates the main façade of the residential building. It has five floors, and on the ground floor that is orientated to the inner park there are adjacent private gardens for each apartment.
The cultural plaza is the core of the public spaces and It has a function also as a connection line with the residential part.
The project creates architecture for the people. The public spaces include shops, restaurants, food market, a cornfield, playground and a park.
The cornfield is a place where the students can spend time together. There they can grow agricultures and to learn how to cherish ground.
On the ground floor there are both residential part – facing the inner park, and public services with access from the main streets. There is a library, barber, beauty salon, clothes shop, book store, dancing hall and a supermarket.
I have designed several types of apartments – for students, workers, single families and families with one or more children.
