What better way to combine design and furniture design than to give back to the world that started it all? This leaflet is a footprint of D3's mission with Dubai Cares and The American Hardwood Export Council to create moving furniture designs that give back. 

‘The Reading Bench’ is designed and created by Sakina Kara Sapur and Alicia Spoljar. It has won against several other candidates from all over The United Arab of Emirates. The winning piece was recreated to only 100 pieces through sustainable design encouraging harmony through the traditional and modern Emirati days. All proceeds from selling each bench will go to charity.
