High-end adventure outfitters Mountain Standard (Boulder, CO) approached me about some large-scale illustration work around their seasonal biomes campaign.
The idea we pursued was a triptych that could execute well as a composite or as segments, featuring each of their primarily used biomes - mountain, river and desert.
What began as a quiet landscape grew into an exciting moment of plants and animals in the deep wilderness. This project truly challenged my creative limits and helped me rise above them. The final artwork would not have been anything as vibrant without the collaboration and direction of Co-Owner and Product Director Grant Dupre.
