This fall I worked on the animated video for The Council for Sustainable Healing — a non-profit organization aiming to raise awareness about all the research proving that people with mental or emotional problems can work and move towards deeper, more lasting healing from mental and emotional challenges, even if their condition is serious.
There is so much science researches that validates this hopeful idea (neuroplasticity, epigenetics, mindfulness, etc.) — and that is the message we're sharing through this animation.
