Silkscreen with vinyl printmaking

STEPS

1. Start drawing the design to print. (image 1)

2. Digitize the design made. (image 2)

3. Once you have the design in digital, you have to print it. (image 3)

4. After printing it, the cutter proceeds to cut the postitive spaces of the figure to obtain the stencil. (image 4)

5. Having the stencil, it is placed in the center of the screen and packing tape is placed at the ends to prevent the ink from staining other parts of the screen. (image 5)

6. The screen is placed on top of the t-shirt and ink is placed at one end where the tape was glued. (image 6)

7. Grab the squeegee at a 45º angle and make a rapid downward movement. The action is repeated 2 or 3 times more if the ink did not cover the entire design. (image 7)

8. The shirt t is carefully removed from the screen and the final result is obtained.
