The Pinch aka Beauty and the Bleb
The bleb is a geometrical paradox. An extruded loop, as a self-intersecting surface it cannot be directly manufactured by 3-axis CNC mills. This project explores this challenge by re-imagining it as terrain. The formal result is a re-interpretation of the bleb as a pinch, which is ever increasingly approximates the condition.
