This is my work in a group illustration exhibition entitled “Bagh Vahsh” which means "The Zoo"  in  Saba Art Gallery, Tehran, Iran, 2010. I wrote a story about an animal that called "Zerafish". The following is a summary of the story.

A new and strange animal different from others come to the zoo. He is not similar to any kind of animals, but also he is the mixture of all kinds of animals. Animals name this strange creature as zerafish wich is the mixture of giraffe, elphant, lion, deer and etc. zerafish is the creater of the terror and surprise feeling in those in the zoo who do not like him and do not accept him. zerafish explains himself. he explains about living in a place that none of the zoo animals were there, but zerafish was there. he explains about another place, another garden, a place like paradise garden. he is always seeking for similarities between him and other zoo animals, and each time he is accompanying a group of animals. But after some time the groups do not accept him, and he is also cannot adapt with them.

the end of this journey is close but in a different way. zerafish begins friendship with birds and fish as the story of the strange creature and his garden is circled everywhere, and therefore fish and birds want to help him. birds give him wings and teach them the way of release from the terror zoo. zerafish is thinking to his dream, his garden, paradise garden when flying.
