Opportunity
Tableau wanted a scalable, collaborate and productive environment for our online community. Jive provided just that, an easy to integrate platform - one that could be configured to match our brand and functional needs.
Our high level goals were to:
1. Provide a way to share company information with customers and give
them an easy way to share it with their networks

3. Get our members more involved with our development organization
4. Enable our customers to help each other and reduce support costs
My Role
As the sole designer, I collaborated with our Director of Community and an external developer to re-design the Tableau Community website. My role included defining the site architecture, creating a visual language that re-enforced Tableaus brand, the design of a comprehensive icon library, delivery of high-fidelity page layouts and a style guide.
