For the practical part of the day, a set up was created so that the interview side to a film could be created. For my groups lighting, two different lights were used as well as techniques in order for the set to be completed and to help create the lighting, two polyboards set up in a ‘V’ shape were used to be able to hold the light coming from the LED light. Then another smaller heat light was added to highlight and light up the background as well as one side of the models for him to be able to be seen as without it the model blended into the background. Some orange paper/type of material was used over the LED light to help soften the lighting and then played with the white balance until we got to Tungsten.

Overall, the model was sat in front of the camera in the middle, and had the interviewer on the left, next to the camera, asking the questions. The person being interviewed was looking directly at the interviewer so that it made it more intimate. We had to consider sound which is why an external sound recorder was added behind the scenes in order to be able to have the sound element.
