Finch is a new residential development in Cambridge, MA built to Passive House standards. Naming and branding for the property was inspired by the habitat of the nearby Fresh Pond, a wildlife sanctuary full of lush forests, fields, and meadows. Commissioned art by Barry Coombs enhances the visual identity and wayfinding inside the residences.
