Saleswhale helps develop artificial intelligence systems for companies for better customer support. They asked me to illustrate some visuals for their blog, which features articles about various internal processes, company goals, and more.

This first article talked about Saleswhale’s focus on Customer Success, which goes beyond regular customer support and is more proactive in supporting customers and involved in their growth. It highlighted the importance of establishing long-term and personal relationships with them for better quality services.

In my illustration, I wanted to feature the customers being at the peak of their success, as supported by Saleswhale. I used the image of a winner’s podium to visualize this.

This second article talked about the Saleswhale core values of Transparency, Intellectual Rigor, and Radical Candor. The article goes pretty in-depth about these values, but I wanted to keep it simple by illustrating an office environment and three small icon-based illustrations to represent the three core values.

The last article talked about how humans and AI work together in harmony to create the best customer experience. They wanted to highlight the fact that although AI is a big part of it, they still work side by side with humans and need that human guidance to properly operate.
