Passing By
Passing By is an alternative touristic guide which tries to show some photographs of exciting places, gastronomy, different POV, with some text information together, and the less-conventional side of some cities all around the world, far away from the massive tourism.
This guide is based on a collaborative project, in which people can participate, taking and sending photographs (different angles, special atmospheres, or with visual impact), that capture a story, and collect the spirit of the city just in one shooting, like an authentic “city hunters”; we aren´t interested in the typical postcard photos. The finality of this project is to create an active community to share the taste for photography and the visual.
We have created the naming, and some original and funny headlines that summarize the soul of each city, interpreting some characteristic points of each site.
The cover image, color, and graphic concept of each edition are in line with the visual aesthetic of the city represented.
