How to optimize a complex process by empathy and cocreation practice?
The great magic behind Design Thinking's cocreativity methodology
_The challenge
Project the ideal flow of information inputs through the Registration Team in Deca. For this, we had to cocreate a Hub (named Gaia during our immersion), disposing a new platform with focus in both B2B and B2C universes, where all the products' informations should be displayed in a complete and correct way. With that in mind, we must envolve the journey of multiple squads as Marketing, Engineering, Communication and Home Center Merchandising.
_The workshop
In a 4-day workshop, we could present Hub's purposal of information integration in Deca's processess of products registration. We created internal personas and their journey maps, and merged all the insights in a unique workflow of jobs and interaction that combined the efforts of eight teams of Deca.
_The solution
We left the workshop with a full draft of Gaia's workflow. Then, back to TriggoLabs, we could draw some screens to illustrate some of the main touchpoints of the platform. In the new blueprint, presented as a timeline, we could manage the teams' accountability by colors. Moreover, in a timing disposition, it was possible to see the activities and interactions befora and after a product launch.
